Sanlam requested copies of my medical reports for a procedure done. Sanlam paid Dr du Plooy two weeks ago already but his very arrogant receptionist Magda is giving 100 excuses why Sanlam still has not received my reports. It is now two weeks since payment was made. My life policy can't be implemented without these reports. I am now at the point of getting my lawyer involved!
