M so mad at you guys do you ever respond to online payments?

Negative: Not Professional.

We bought a pair of shoes from the old fort road store and were promised that its cash back is 7 days. I come on the 7th day and the lady at the till says no they count 7 days from the day u bought the shoes. So i purchased the shoes on the 22nd Feb but 22nd feb is day 1. Imagine the stupidity. They insisted that i must take a gift card. While at the till i called their head office and the lady on the fone says that 7 days is counted from the next day. Then they still dont want to give money back as they already issued the gift card. I remained adamant until they figured out a way and i got my money back. At 1 point the manager says she has no cash in her till so i must wait till a customer comes and spends R600 so she will have enough money for me. There are no words to explain this unprofessional behaviour.

I bought my shoes just on the 6th of August with the intention of wearing them at a wedding -when I didn't find the brand I was looking for I shop around the store website and fortunately I found this nice white kangol shoes in woodmead kingsmead store and I asked someone else to buy them for me since I was in nelspruit.shoes cane and I was excited I wore them just to get used to them didn't want pinches on a day of event ,the third time when I wore them I realised that they are tearing I quickly reported and I check with my nearest branch if they can assist but when I arrived at the shop the manager took a picture and said she must verify with the regional manager and within seconds she said unfortunately they can't assist since I Looks like I was hooked by something that caused a tear to the shoe and imagine paying 460 and getting such a service and worse I didn't want a refund I wanted a exchange and get another item.i can just say kingsmead shoes is not a good value for money.

Bought shoes at atterbury and they were very uncomfortable i had blisters n my foot was redish due to dat.I told da sales lady n even showed her as i was wearing them and she said i should bring them back with the box and the receipt.i did that n now they refusing me my money saying its not their problem and i should ware them like that.worst service ever

She was very polite in tone but It was very bad and... the fact u sell a shoe knowing that is two different sizes this is so unprofessional and bad business practices.. For a store that I always purchase footwear from and very unhappy seriously that I couldn't get the problem solved
