Negative: Not Professional.

Galitos Gadla They refuse customers to use toilets becouse they want to knock off early sies. I paid for my meal and when i want to go to the toilet, the lady says she has already cleaned for the night and refuse to allow customers to use the toilet.

I have had several bad experiences at the Rosmead avenue store, Its very wet weather in cape town and a wet sign on a soaking wet floor, I slipped so hard and instead staff helping, i got treated badly who talks back instead of helping me up from floor, I don't understand is why the staff cant mop floor in- between. i myself am a restaurant manager , I cant help but stress how inconsistent the food is and what terrible service.

Order # 8194**** for Collection I went to the store to collect my order and nothing was prepared. The staff was arrogant and told me it was not their problem that the order was not received. No customer service whatsoever. Really bad service. I will be thinking twice about ordering there again

Negative: Not Good Value.

I bought full chicken with lemon and herbs sauce..when I got home..the chicken was tasteless. The sauce was not added. It was tasteless. M so disappointed with Galitos Dayizenza plaza.and it's a shame coz they just opened. Imagine how many complains they will have before the end of this year.
