Tapama Lodge is situated in the town of Bray 100m from the border post between Bray and Botswana. Friendly atmosphere. There is a lapa with a restaurant and pub as well as an indoor brei for the cold winter months. All rooms have their own bathrooms. De Akker Dorpshijs is a lovely thatched roof guest house in the town of Christiana - ideal for business or holiday travellers. Our four en-suite rooms are furnished with comfortable three-quarter beds, each room has a private bathroom with a shower, a corner bath and a toilet. The beds can convert into a king-size bed on request. Each room has a ceiling fan, a TV and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast is available on request at an additional cost.

The doors of the restaurant and lodge were opened in October 2008. We do weddings with great success and also do catering for groups and year end functions. Furthermore we have facilities for conferences and have 15 years of experience in arranging conferences with great success. We also do award functions for up to 200 people - catering included! We offer accommodation for 40 people, some of the accommodation is self-catering and some guest rooms with bed and breakfast. We also cater for the backpacker. The restaurant offers a wide choice of good food and wine and the view from the deck is absolutely outstanding. This goes for our hospitality as well. Birdwatchers haven, fishing paradise, child friendly environment, swimming pool, canoeing and paddling on the river is just the extras that makes this place amazing.
