Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive.

The company provided installation and service in Decemeber 20** paid in full. An issue was identified with a passive in January 20**, the company collected the passive to determine the issue with the supplier. Since then continuous calls and messages were sent however no response was provided of remediation. Further costs were required to be incurred due to safety risk of my property, the company expressed no concern over the safety now was there a concern of the quality of service provided. A strongly worded message was sent on the 02 August 20** stating that this would a review which resulted in a response stating that the issue was being remediated from a message sent from myself due to a battery issue. The company thereafter stated that the battery hasn't got to do with the service rendered ans that I held this passive. I have had to remediate this issue on my own account as in any event insurance would render this as defective.
