We enjoy giving hope to the hopeless. We love helping disabled people regain bodily functions against all odds. We are very passionate about back care / pain relief / posture correction most importantly prevention which remains better than cure. We treat chronic pain (backaches, headaches, sprains / strains, joint pains and neurological conditions like strokes, paraplegia, quadriplegia, cerebral palsy) . When it comes to backaches and chronic pain, we attend to the root cause and not only to the pain which is only a symptom of an underlying problem. "Why deal with pain when you can deal with the root cause? " Together with a biokineticist, we offer biweekly serial soft tissue stretching and joint mobilisation classes aimed at correcting poor posture which is the main cause of chronic pain. We do rehabilitation of disabled / injured persons within our premises, Aqua warm water rehab by an experienced biokineticist is also available per arrangement.

For more than 27 years our mission has been to promote child health by minimizing developmental delays and remediating existing or emerging special needs. Physiotherapy practice with a special interest in the Mckenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for the treatment of the spine and extremities. The practice also treats sports injuries, uses dry needling as one of their treatment modalities and enjoys treating the elderly. Give us a call as we enjoy treating you, the patient, for 45 minutes to an hour and providing you with the tools and educating you to allow you to self manage yourself too.
