Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

I bought a pair off shoes on 26 June 20** from Designer Shoe Outlet in Westwood Mall. I only used it 5 times since then and noticed the upper cracking and took it back to the store that bought it from as the product is defective. The store contacted their customer care person and they stated from photograph sent that the "Shoe is well worn and they cannot assist". They refused to assist and failed to comply with the Consumer Protection Act although this part of their Company Policy. Their service was pathetic and unfortunately customer care doesn't exist. I will not recommend anyone to buy any shoe from Brazilla or Designer Shoe Outlet. They are dishonest and totally unprofessional. They will never return or exchange a defective product and will give you the same sad excuse like they gave me "the shoe is well worn and the supplier will not take it back" never-mind the 6 months return/exchange company policy and consumer protection act. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Good day! What a horrible experience! I bought the Zh jelly shoes on 29 July 2022! And in less than 2 weeks the right hand shoe opened up. I took back the shoe in the box with the plastic and no slip cause I'd lost it. The manager even remembers me coming in to purchase but says without the slip they can't help.
