We are an independent loss adjusting / assessing firm and would like to offer our services to you. We have 6 branches covering the Western Cape, Northern Cape, Southern Cape as well as the Free State. The Company was established in 1999 in Worcester, serving the Boland, Karoo, Overberg and West Coast. Since then we have expanded with offices in Upington, serving the Northern Cape and Namaqualand, Bloemfontein, serving the Free State, Cape Town, serving the Cape Peninsula, Mossel Bay, serving the Garden Route and Vredenburg, serving the West Coast. These branches are owner managed, although we operate under the name of "Hanzen Loss Adjusters". We have a co-operation agreement to assist each other, for example, should we receive a claim that is not in our area, we will forward it to the correct branch and notify the claims operator who will handle the claim accordingly...
