    Negative: Not Professional.

    Game deceived me by promising a beat the price policy. They promised a store to store delivery when I requested. As soon as money was paid they reneged on store to store delivery. I then sensed dishonesty and I requested that if they fail to beat the price, they must refund my money. I've since been sent from pillar to post and my messages are not being responded to. I'm happy for those who received good service at first hand, but as for me, I want people to be warned that there's this side of game that is unscrupulous.

    placed an order online this sunday ,two controllers ,got a confirmation message ,monday morning i got a message from Game that my Items have been dispatched i should track my order,went to the app check status showing shipped ,i got a call from Game staff Akhona she confirmed that the courier guys came and collected the order i asked to change contact since on the 26th of June i will be in a meeting all day ,we finalised that with Akhona all was sorted ,around 4PM i got a message stating that they want to cancel my order ,immediately called Game online Sinalo answered ,i asked why she said because there is no stock ,i asked if it there is no stock in stores or in their branch ,as i was talking to her i check online ,now they changed the item from A LOWEST PRICE to R600 now they have stock cos the price went up lol , i queried about that she said yes they changed the prices now ,how does this affect me cos they changed after i have purchased the item ,she said it is the store policy

    I've sent 3 e mails. Been to the store. Called the call centre and still no one can assist with my online order. Very frustrating
