Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Good Value.

I visited the Alberton branch purchased two large pizzas after collecting it ,i requested garlic and Chilli and I was informed by their staff that they can give me garlic and Chilli but I must pay R8 each for the lids,what a total rip off,I then left,came home had a slice of the chicken Tikka pizza it tasted awful and was burnt underneath,called the store the manager was not available they put me through to the owner,spoke to him he was more worried about telling me to complain to the head office, he also never offer to replace the pizza,guess it's all about ripping off a customer,My R280 that I spent there is small compare to the business you will lose,no wonder that store is so quite,i will never support these thieves again!

Yes we had the unfortunate experience when visiting Delforno Alberton. We ordered the gluten free pizza. When they served the pizza it was like slime. We were so disgusted that we called for the manager and told him how crap that pizza is. however we have been supporting you guys for the last 6 years every friday. We have also noticed that the pizza's have become so bad that for the amount of money we pay for qa pizza you don't have sufficient toppings. Should we order a pizza with bacon, why in heaven should we order extra bacon, there should already be enough. Penney wise pounds foolish.. we will not be going back. UN-IMPRESSED EXCUSTOMER.
