A couple of months ago I reached out to your Parow branch...I told them my entire life I wore thick spectacles and started wearing contact lenses, I also mentioned that I want to give my eye a break from contacts lenses, can they assist me with thinner glasses. I made a down payment on my glasses and when I received it I wanted to cry, cause it's thicker than my glasses that I have at home...I paid almost r10 000 for something I can't wear, I want a refund back. I wad given a letter to tygerberg hospital only to arrive there for nothing as it was never logged on vuyo app. One of the doctors called torga and explained to them it needs to be logged... a week or so went by I did a follow up and receptionist said they waiting on tygerberg to get back to them, a month went by I did a follow up which they said she never logged it on the app. I went to spec savers for second advice and they explained to me properly, I went back to torga and I told them the details they left out.
