We love improving old buildings, modernising them, opening up their spaces to light and new flows, repairing and making the whole structure new, efficient, and beautiful. We have done projects from Cape Town to False Bay, Fish Hoek to Simonstown, Hermanus to Plettenberg Bay and Cape St. Francis to Jeffreys bay.

Peerutin Architects was founded in 1998 by brothers, David and Simeon Peerutin upon their return to Cape Town, South Africa from a decade overseas. Aim is to bring together beautiful architectural designs that meet the needs of our clients, while cognizant of budget, time and practical constraints.
