Life Retreat Studio is open seven days a week, and we offer numerous classes throughout the day. Our primary focus is on Yoga Classes, but we also offer Zumba, Nia Dancing, Pilates, Ballet Barre and Self Defence. Yoga Modalities include Yin, ISHTA, Vinyasa, Flow, Hatha, Kundalini & Power. We now have many online offerings, including our Yoga Teacher Training Course, Online Studio Classes, weekly Meditation and Health and Wellness Webinars. The Studio is owned by Trish Taylor, a Yoga Teacher, Herbalist, and studied Ayurveda. Trish offers private health and lifestyle consultations online and in person. She runs regular Herbal Healing Retreats where you learn to make your herbal remedies.
