The old lady at the reception is not friendly at all. You are loosing out on business because of her. She is still living in the old South Africa, in the apartheid era. She does not respect the client at all. She is racist, if the owner is reading this message take an action or you can see camera surveillance. She is old that is why we respect her, we do not want to fight her but you really need to look into this. It is extremely disappointing.
