Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

Here were I am sitting looking at our crops that burnt down, my heart aches. My heart has never been so scared for the people of South-Africa. Tonight there was a fire across from Saint Lutheran church in Newcastle Huttenheights. The fire was spreading to the farm house. Later when the the fire got worse I decided to call the fire department to find out if they are going to come help. There was no answer. I decided to contact 112 to ask them if they can get through to the department, they also had no luck. Later I decided to call the ER services to ask them if they can get through to the fire department. There was no answer from the fire department. They then tried calling the police. There was no answer from the police as well. I have never used any of the protection services numbers and now I will never again. If neither the police or fire department can answer their calls I don't know how we are able to feel safe and protected. The services in this town broke my heart tonight.
