    Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

    My husband is admitted for back surgery 3level fusion, have to sit and wait outside in the wall, for more than 14hrs he was 9hrs in theatre nobody could give us answers, how long he is still going to be in ttheatre asked nurses then getting rude answers we must wait, the chairs we had to sit on were very uncomfortable there is now waiting room for family members when the patient is in theater, please consider a place for family members to be also comfortable while waiting for they loved ones that is in theater it is very stressful to wait with no update what is going on, he was transferred to medical ICU again another shocker day staff sister has no clue how to nurse a spinal patient that is very scary, dispearing most time left my husband to try to turn himself, post op is more important after surgery, train your staff because some of them think they are God's give to medical profession, no patient care at all!!!!!!
