I had a terrible exwith boxer taung staff members on Saturday 19 November 22. I went to purchase 10kg maize meal and 4x loaves of bread. Firstly the cashier wanted to refuse to help me pay for my grocery and I had to explain yo her there was no notice to indicate that I cannot be assiat her till. Secondly when I had to exit the stire the security guard refused me to exit the store with trolley unless I leave something behind and I had to keavd the loaves of bread in a plastic in order to use the trolley to carry the maize meal. I was angry and furious when I left that store and I'm want clarity and explanation as to why is the customer 's responsibility to return back trolleys to the store. Why is boxer in taung the only store in the whole country that offers such terrible and bad treatment to its customers. Why are we discrimination and offered such trwhilst at other stores there is no problems oc such nature.

Good day. On the 31st of January 20** I went to the boxer store in the Chris Hani mall at ab 6pm where I spent about 2 hours in the shop. The service from the cashier was OK however I got to the door where the roller shutter door was already closed. I ask one of the security guards (a lady by the name of Maria, this is the name she gave me as she had no name tag) to kindly please open the shutter door as t could not pick or pull out the trolley as it was full. I also mentioned to her I have a back or spinal cord problem as a result I couldn't push out the trolley as the door they were using or had opened for us to use was high up therefore I was instructed to carry the trolley full of groceries. Maria then told me I had to carry that trolley because no one forced me to buy that grocery . She said every customer has to carry their trollies on their own. The worst thing was the way she said it with so much rudeness, disrespect and anger towards me. I honestly think I deserve respect

Today I went to boxer store in Rustenburg the big one that has a bottle store next to it while we were standing in que to go inside and shop the cashier who was assisting at entrance the security ladies kept on letting people inside while we are in front of them when we are ask them why are they doing that they answer was they do not owe us anything with attitude, they kept on swearing us calling us fotse like we dogs and that my husband body looks like of a woman, they cashier said to me she has a house and car and my question was what is he doing there work of he has all that she wants why can't she leave than serve us like we are nobody I would not leave this laying around as for silver solution security I will report those employees to the board of securities it will see what to do with them

21 Feb 21 @14:24 store 377 Senoane Soweto. I took 2 top deck chocolates that had a price tag of R9.99 and when I got to the till I asked why price is different and Livhuwani Madula who is a cashier gave me attitude and continued to talk to her colleague in the next till, I asked for a manager Leonard Ncube came and told me to wait 2mins and I waited till I had to fetch him in the office where I got an excuse of "we darkies(black people) like moving around prices while we shop" are those the trainings you give to your mangers as Boxer, if it is than you serving our communities with poor customer service.
