Negative: Not Professional.
Absolutely shocking lack of ethics.I sold my property to Cas Aucamp. He has breached contract,tried to change the suspensive conditions after the fact.Either not paid occupational rent or paid it very late.He had not ever paid utilities and he is attempting to illegally sublet.
