    Negative: Not Professional.

    The worse experience of my life... Went to you store in Phalaborwa to buy some item we need . It took us more than half an hour to get a person to assist us on. We then adked for a quote... the person took all the details then stood up and assited another customer without hanfing us the quote. I had to personally go and get him to come and give me the quote after waiting around another 20 minutes. We then went to your cashier to pay another 20 minutes as the only had 1 cashier. We the enquired about the delivery and was told we will be phoned the next day for the delivery to ansure that there will be someone at the residents......this is now 5 days later no delivery no phone call. I phoned and asked to speak to the person responsible for deliveries. Spoke to a person with the name of ezekiel... the most unprofessional rude person I have delt with ever. His response was that if I was not happy with the delivery shedule I can come and get my money back. Will never buy from cash build
