ComSpec started up in 2010 and was one of the first Home / Building Inspection Companies in Gauteng at the time. Our experience is the culmination of lifelong exposure to the Construction, Production and Property Management environment. In our 13th year as a company, the primary function entailed inspections of buildings related to, construction, maintenance requirements, (current, mid, and long term), condition, dilapidation, and forensic inspections. Since its founding, we completed thousands of inspections and have many reoccurring customers.
