    Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

    Worst service ever. Called them a month ago for a quote on a carport. They came through 2 weeks later with no knowledge of what needed to be quoted and they didn't even have the correct contact name. They measured up and ensured that we will receive the quote that afternoon. After 2 weeks of continuously calling them and asking for the quote. With excuses 1. The guy never give in the quote. 2. The manager only gives quotes. 3. They are too busy. We finally received the quote today after giving our information more them 4 times to them. The quote is twice has much as their competitors and excludes VAT. I'm not sure how Dee's Aluminium can be so busy when initial interaction with them is so pathetic. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
