Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

The rude reception at Durban with this number 08**5***** should be dismissed as she doesn't know how to talk with customers. Her behavior and telephone etiquette stinks and to know she gets paid to do a proper job. I have recorded all communication with her. I'm a zando customer waiting for my delivery but she refused to help me didn't want to let me speak and when I asked to speak to a manager an uncouth Indian guy came and shouted at me on the call and slammed the phone on me. It's pathetic services shown by Durban people I'm ashamed of living in Durban with companies which employ people like these. I will be calling zando and putting my terrible experience on hello Peter. I have recorded the calls and will be putting up those with your company name so that nobody else goes through my terrible experience. On the other hand if you could call me I will appreciate it there will be no need for the above as long as the people responsible are dealt with accordingly. Thank u
