I was referred to Dr Johan Botha and when I called his rooms the receptionist was very unfriendly and that was a total turn-off for me. Will look for another Dr. She needs to be friendlier as she is the first person of contact. When you work with people and as a receptionist it is crucial for the business that the first impression is good.
