Negative: Not Professional.

Dr McWen is a good Dr, just dissapointed with his colleagues or staff. When my medical aid did not pay my funds after my consultation with him, I made an effort to go to his offices to try and make payment arrangements. The accounts Indian lady there was so rude and insensitive asking why am I not paying once off, itold her my situation that I'm getting rethreanched and Im trying to pay over 3 months period, she responded to that very negetively as if I was lying then further went and told her colleagues I overheard her talking about my financial situation and making it a joke, it was so heartbreaking and embarrassing. Idid not know where to complain about this so please kindly address her to do better, it's a private hospital. Please
