Our story- Jason's swim school saving Lifes one lesson at a time swimming lessons for babies, kids & adults in Stirling East London Jason's swim school offers professional swimming lessons to children of all ages above 6 months old, specializing in teaching children to become water safe. Being able to swim at a very early age is vital, evident by the amount of children that drown daily. Our goal is to insure every child is water safe in East London. We offer 20 to 30 minute swimming lessons, with a parent in the water, for TOD swim babies classes, and 20 minute swimming lessons for learn to swim phase. Children from 18 months old, learning how to swim and be water safe. Advanced swimming lessons for children wanting to compete in gala level, as well as for adults for total beginners to athletes wanting to compete in outside competitions. Our lessons take place in 18 drake road, Stirling- East London, in an indoor heated pool.

Southern Gymnastics Club was established in 2006. Our Gymnastics Club is a family business and has been in the industry for over 40 years. We have a team of highly qualified coaches with many years of experience coaching beginners up to Springbok level. We are registered with the WCGA (Western Cape Gymnastics Association) and SAGF (South African Gymnastics Federation) . We coach artistic gymnastics for girls aged 5 years to 14 years. It promotes physical activity, gets people in shape, boosts confidence, enhances coordination and fosters relationships that have the potential to last a lifetime. Our classes are from beginner level all the way to high-level competitive gymnastics classes.
