Negative: Not Professional.

Had the most disappointing meal today at Europe Gaborone. We arrived at 12.30 and ordered 2 pizzas and a chicken burger. At 1.30, we still did not have any food. The chicken burger arrived and was cold, so it was sent back, it had obviously stood around waiting for the chips. The pizzas arrived at 1.40pm. The Europa pizza had so little bacon on it, that it could hardly be seen. Their excuse was that it was Tuesday special on pizza - well then why only have one person making pizza for the first hour? And why do phone -in orders get preference over customers that are sitting there waiting for food. I have noticed a steady decline in service and food quality but kept hoping it would improve, it hasn't, so one more restaurant to be written off as a poor imitation of its franchise
