Negative: Not Professional.

Fully staffed and no one really helps. I went back for the final fitting, the trousers where to big. When I finally got a size that fit, about 1 hour later, I was told that they don't have the size available, and I left with a 46 instead of a 48. I even mentioned that I was unhappy, but no one was phased by it. Next time I am considered for groomsman, I will decline if I have to go back to Eurosuit. I contacted Rivonia, they are sending the correct size. Pitty, the Parkview branch couldn't make the effort to give me what I want.

The service was impeccable and Nono,who assisted us,was always helpful, kind and professional. We were really at ease and comfortable.

Worst place in the world to rent a suit, I have never seen a place that operates like this in my life!!! We went for 3 fittings and a final and I do not know why we had to go and fitting, NO alterations were done at all 3 of the suits was dirty. the grooms waist coat had a yellow stain on it. 3 of the suit arm length was between 3 - 5cm to short, The Grooms pants was about 10cm to short the button on the jacket was not moved as asked the pin was still in the jacket were the button needed to go. After the final fitting I was there again on the Monday to ask if everything was ok and on schedule, they said "YES don't worry everything will be ready" on the Wednesday I called again and asked If everything was done do we need another fitting the replied " Everything will be done and ready for pick up on Thursday nothing was done, I had to hire someone ells to do it in the middle of the night (Then they had the audacity to say I should've called before hand, and because I didn't call no they
