Giramundo was started by husband and wife team Buti and Maki van der Merwe in Alexandra in 2007. Their retail outlets are currently situated in Bramley with three container outlets in Alexandra, Thembisa and Soweto. This franchise produces a delicious range of chicken on the bone and boneless options, including chicken burgers and chicken livers prepared with Giramundo's unique piri piri sauce.

    Good service. Love the drive thru and that Nandos deliver. That helps a lot. Save time and effort. I will recommend Nandos to friends

    Delicious flame grilled chicken done in a Portuguese style with African flare. Some of the side dishes that are available truly have that African touch. Lemon and Herb is still our favourite. The...
