BikeAbout was started out of a passion for cycling. We do mountain bike race timing, have timed XCO racing series (including series logs), single day races and 24 hour relay races. We have also timed trail running races. In the future we plan to time road races, road time trials, triathlon races, and track cycling races. We have online entry facilities that currently process payments through PayFast, although we plan on offering more payment options in the future. Our timing system has been developed in house and as such can be customised and bug fixed as needed. We offer "manual" (typed in) electronic timing, barcode scanned timing as well as RFID (chip) timing. Additionally our system can tweet lap times and display live times on our website.
