Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality.

Horrible experience. They are running a con and getting away with it. Someone has to put an end to this company. The complaints are all the same. They took my washing machine to repair offsite. I kept being told they are waiting for a part for the machine which took 2months. Upon my machine being delivered back, the ruber at the front was replaced with an old damaged rubber. The screws on the drum had been removed and my drainage system blocked. I was promised a refund by Tatiana and also that the technician Christian would fix what he damaged. This was all a lie instead I got told since I gave them a bad review they won’t honor doing the right thing. I am seeking legal action against this company to compensate me the full cost of the washing machine. If we keep allowing them to rip people off this will never end. They will learn with me to be honest and be good service providers
