Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

Worst experience ever. After 3 months of full payment being made, am still waiting for the new devices. No update from him, no communication at all, and uninterest in the client even though full payment was made. Only empty promises week after week and month after month. Now that the client wants the money back because she did not receive the devices yet, it is quite a mission. No replies to her messages/calls at all. And she saved for a few years the R22k of her grant money for a new pair of devices which she never received. This guy is such a pain he took advantage of her disability and he does not care at all if she is now cut from the world as she is dependent on her aids as long as he received the money. So spiteful of him, he needs to be reported but now that she is R22k poorer she will need money to take this matter further.
