    Waiting nearly 2 weeks for Zola to provide information regarding springs and other spares so that my repair company can fix my washing machine.

    I bought a washing machine in 2013 December it has a 10 year warranty on the motor in 2019 I called hirchesto report the machine not working thru say I have to pay 750 call out fee and now I discover it's a PC board that is faulty should I pay is this not part of the Moto I am very disatisfied with service
