    Ordered a few items online sent someone to collect the order but the they refused to issue the order and mind you the person I sent provided the her proof of identity and the sms confirming the order, buy she was told gore she must provide my identity document. Called the store spoke to the store manager and he confirmed gore the won't give out my order , I asked him they are not using same procedure Truworths Kids he confirmed that they are, explained to him that on Saturday 19 February 20** I collected my sister's orders @ Truworths kids tzaneen mall with the same procedure all they did they called my sister and confirmed the names of the person collecting the orders. Am not happy this was my second online order with Identity and its my last
