Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

Do not book a holiday with them. We were constantly lied to and misinformed OR not informed at all. Our cruise was cancelled, we then decided to try work with imagine holidays to book one of the options they had provided which you would think would make their job easier. They just did not care at all, took weeks to reply to us and now a month later after emailing, calling and just trying everything to get actual answers and responses, WE had to go to their office to complain. No apology for the lack of customer service. We are fortunate that we got our refund after demanding they give it to us within 10 days so that we could still try salvage our holiday. Surely the role of a travel agent is to make booking a holiday easier? Well they definitely made it the most stressful time of our life.
