Greetings! I'm firstly a wife, mum & gran. Family is pivotal to my life. I'm a psychologist that is passionate about supporting my clients. My background experience in both South Africa & New Zealand includes educational & counselling psychology / therapy with a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationships & family dynamics. I run my practice part -time in Noorsekloof, Jeffreys Bay. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy & Dialectical Behaviour Therapy into my practice, as well as Creative Therapy.
