    Negative: Not Professional.

    How do i lay a complaint against an employee at the testing center. The man that tested me did not explain the procedure properly even after I asked him twice. He was speaking normally to the other people. But when he had to explain the procedure to me he spoke super fast and very very soft i couldn't even hear one word he was saying. I believe that is unfair towards a person.i mean im paying for this and i personally feel i was not treated with any decency. It felt like he did it to be funny.please help me lay a complaint.

    Negative: Not Professional.

    Went to renew my driver's license. While I don't mind standing in a queue for hours to do what I need to - I do not appreciate lack of communication and RUDE people. OLGA - you are a rude lady, terrible service! Screaming at people in the wrong queues, accusing people of cutting lines and also expecting a citizen to do her job for her and inform people where to go! Terrible.... She should not be dealing with people. Other employees - great service, thank you!
