Soweto Business Hub (SBH) is a South African based nonprofit organisation that helps start-ups, and small and medium-sized entrepreneurs (SMEs) including women and people with disabilities, to grow and prosper by creating access to collaborative workspaces, quality business education, coaching, mentorship, and financial services. SBH offers the advantages of a business hub in a prime location (Maponya Shopping Mall) to the less privileged and add a component of training, networking, personal development, and community involvement. We can offer our services at a reduced cost by using a hybrid model that combines commercial income and sponsorships to offer exciting services for our target group. Commercial income is generated from rent and covers most of the running cost of the hub. Currently, we rent out 10 offices for 12 SMEs with 30 employees. Sponsorships are used to fund special projects, training, networking, and coaching for our target group.

The Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital is the 3rd largest hospital in the world, occupying around 173 acres (0. 70 km2), with approximately 3'200 beds and about 6'760 staff members. The facilities are housed in 429 buildings with a total surface area of 233'795 m2. Approximately 70% of all admissions are emergencies, including approximately 160 victims of gunshot wounds per month. Accident, emergency and ambulance represent the busiest services, counting over 350 daily patients. Every year, about 150'000 inpatient and 500'000 outpatient cases are registered. The Department of Ophthalmology, the St John Eye Hospital, has 111 beds and counts about 50'000 patients per year. Approximately 60'000 patients per year are treated in the Maternity Hospital. South Rand hospital is a level one district hospital situated in the southern part of Johannesburg, in Rosettenville. It was officially opened in 18 June 1954 by the then Transvel Administrator Dr William Nicol. The hospital has 314 beds with approved personnel establishment of five hundred and eighty four (584) . The catchment population is ± 450 000. The hospital has five operating theatres. Three theatres are functional. Number of buildings: one main hospital building, nurse's residence, crèche, compound & site houses. Currently the houses are planned for maternal homes, the EMS as well as the Cuban doctors. The hospital referral system is received from clinics. However it does extend beyond Rosettenville based on the needs of the patients. South Rand Hospital also up refer patients to Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital and Charlotte Maxeke Academic Hospital for patients requiring medical care beyond level 1.

Set in a tranquil garden environment, our facility has advanced technology such as Lokomat® robotic walking equipment and a functional electrical stimulation clinic as well as an indoor hydro-therapy swimming pool.

The Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital (formerly Johannesburg General Hospital), nicknamed Joburg Gen is an accredited general hospital in Parktown, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. It has 1, 088 beds. The hospital's professional and support staff exceeds 4000 people. It is also the main teaching hospital for the University of the Witwatersrand, faculty of Health Sciences.
