Why do we have a justice system in this country where nothing is working you can't even die and if you die the people who stay behind have to put up with this totally failed justice system that can't even register a new estate and not even talking about to close out a estate. No visits, No phone calls nothing this is useless and no one will do something about it, it is what it is, rather die and forget about the estate registration and everything around it, because you can't register a new estate and if you do nothing will happen in anyway so why bothering to register it. Please prove me wrong !

For almost 7 years we are trying to find out what is going on with my fathers estate? no answers, no responses, no phone call answering, so what kind of public services is this? this is absolute nonsense, someone must do something about this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are driving up and down from Witbank to Nelspruit for the past year now to get assistance with the letter of appointment as executor. Nobody picks up the phone when we call. Every time There’s a new excuse as to why they can’t see us. This is ridiculous

Moring trying to reach someone to find out about and estate cant get through cant reach anybody is there alternative numbers to try.
