    Positive: Professional.   

    Reception staff is working under enormous demand and pressure. It is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to make a booking for consultation and ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE in case of urgent booking. To make an ordinary booking is a horrific experience and challenge since your call is most of the times interrupted while another call is attended to, leaving you either way being on hold in order to answer the next telephone call. RECOMMEND a self-help on-line booking service which will take unnecessary pressure away from reception staff in order to have a smooth operational environment with successful business with client and tranquil experience for the ill patients waiting for consultation. Thanking in advance to see changes in the near future and keeping up with competirion and potential opportunities of patients losses due to more efficient services elsewhere.
