Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

I called pathcare in Port Alfred a few days before I wanted to get a covid test taken for travel purposes and I was informed that they open on Saturdays from 8am-12pm and went there on Saturday and to say the least I was shocked to find the place closed and the emergency number on the door rang and no one picked it up l resonated to rescheduling flights... on Monday I visited the place again and wasn’t the lady who was meant to assist us rude and frowned the whole time felt she was racist because all the other people that needed assistance who weren’t the same race as me received better service with a warm and friendly face from her...I think pathcare employees can do better based on my experience from other branches...Treat everyone the same and do not misinform people because you cause unnecessary inconvenience especially for international travelers. Worst experience ever!!!
