Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

I made use of Paxi courier 'service' at this store a few times, but will not do so in the future, with good reason. One time I didn't receive the necessary SMS to acknowledge that the parcel had arrived. I traced the information back to the seller of the goods as I needed the pin to be able to receive the parcel. After showing the SMS I got from the seller, the unfriendly lady behind the counter told me the parcel was not there. She put more energy in repeating this sentence than in actually searching for the parcel. Next day I drove the 17km again, had another lady helping me and she found it immediately. It was there all along. No apologies.In other instances the same problem arose : not getting the necessary SMS alerting your parcel arrived and no pin to collect the parcel. This happened in total four times. Luckily I dealt with friendly sellers who helped me to get the SMS and pin to collect the parcels.Never will I use this consumer unfriendly Paxi again.
