I have been a client at Hatfield Perfect 10 since November 20** with the same therapist, at the time there was a wonderful black lady managing the salon, she treated her therapists and clients with such respect and kindness, and then an Indian gentleman took over the management, unfortunately things there are not the same, in a predominately female environment, having a man roaming around the salon, making one feel uncomfortable, i was witness to him entering a room, without knocking where a lady was having a hollywood wax???? On 6/12/22 i needed to book an appointment , when i got to the salon this man was in such a loud, bombastic verbal altercation with his staff in the front of the salon for all the shoppers to see, i felt unsafe and left, preferred to do a telephonic booking!! Very bad managing of very good therapists and salon i am afraid his actions are going to be to the detriment of the salon, if staff leave their clients WILL follow, i most definitely will!!!
