    Positive: Professional, Responsive.   Negative: Not Good Quality, Not Good Value.

    Don’t use this company , bad workmanship that didn’t last 30 days on a 15year guarantee contract. They are none responsive I got the same story all the time ..’ we will get our admin to pull your records and arrange to look into your complaint’ After they “ worked on my roof “I had water seeping into the ceiling and causing damage , this was in February 20** it’s now August…. Not a single person is doing anything to fix the problem.. very dishonest people never use them!

    Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

    Permatex gave a guarantee on my roof for 5 to 10 years. After 2 years I had serious water problems! In spite of numerous requests to fulfill their guarantee, they did not return. It is actually fraudulent! Do not use them.
