Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

In September 20** I had my windscreen replaced due to a severe stone chip. PG Glass was the authorized fitment specialist through my insurance. Two of their employees came to my work place to replace the screen. After my windscreen was replaced, I noticed my wipers weren't working effectively. (THE ONLY TIME YOU NOTICE WIPER BLADES IS WHEN YOU ACTUALLY USE THEM) Eventually the wiper broke and remained mangled in place. The wipers were moving past the windscreen and scratched the paint work all along the side of the windscreen. Only upon fitting new wiper blades at a different store, the employee asked if my windscreen was recently changed because the wiper blades are positioned wrong and that's what caused it to move past the windscreen, scratch the car and eventually break. First of all, why would I or anyone else move the blades? PG Glass is refusing to take responsibility for their shoddy work and incompetent workers.
