Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

I recently purchased goods at Pick N Pay BT Ngebs Mall, which i paid at the till and had no problems at first. I exited the store and their machines at the door beeped and i continued to leave. I was called back by the security guard who was not polite at all. He treated me like a criminal insinuating I am a thief. As I got no satisfaction from the security guard I insisted that he call a manager. When I informed the manager of how I was treated, he did nothing to calm the situation. I insisted by telling the manager he can take his goods and shove it, give me a refund. Upon this the manager was highly insulted and turned around and made it into a race issue. The manager did not try to resolve the issue, but decided to record how upset I was and treat me further like a criminal also. All he did was stand in the end with his cellphone and record. Refusing to refund me my money. I really recommend that people should avoid this store and purchase their goods somewhere else. This way you t
