The 3-star Halyards Hotel & Spa is situated on the waterfront of the Royal Alfred Marina in Port Alfred, in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. The river setting makes for a beautiful view and a tranquil stay. The hotel is a popular venue for small and large conferences and events. The Charthouse Restaurant, that can seat up to 220 guests, also makes for an elegant wedding reception, with the Kowie River acting as a natural backdrop. The Halyards Hotel is well-known for its big lady barge, "The Spirit of Adventure". In Summer, the pooldeck is especially popular with guests. The River Spa is conveniently situated on-site.
