Negative: Not Professional.

I have complain about Penelope shes very rude to customers,i came to the store to fully pay my lay bye on those items there was 1 item i didn't want anymore i asked the cashier if i can exchange it the cashier told me to go look for the item i want, since the items i bought were not on sale or promotion then i was back at the till with the item i want, the cashier went to call Penelope who is a supervisor or manager to her to come help her with the exchange Penelope told me she wont exchange for me bcos no one forced me to buy the item and also no one put a gun on my head to buy the item so i find Penelope as an unprofessional person to work with customers bcos on the policy of crosstrainer the customer is allowed to exchange the item its still in sealable condition with tags attached or i must except a gift card with the same value of an item so i was very shocked by her attitude and rudeness Penelope doesn't value or respect customers at all..
