    Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

    Would not recommend. I bought 2 printers, asked about 8 times for training. No, not asked, BEGGED. No response on my emails for training but quick to answer emails for orders, because your warranty is only valid of you buy the consumables from them. Jordan is arrogant when you try to ask him something, always talking about his travels and opening branches in other countries, but when a client genuinely has an issue, you get told you did something wrong. Yes, I am a woman, and I was struggling with my machine, but he had no need to speak down to me like that. This is not the type of company to support. There are many companies who treat their clients with respect and dignity. Rather buy from those.
