Underhill Farm is an eco-friendly guest house dedicated to sustainable living by example through upcycling, recycling, and reusing everything possible. The farm itself is a green oasis nestled in the Botrivier Valley between two streams and surrounded by apple and wine farms. A poplar forest covers the stream banks and ancient oak trees provide shade along the other river bank. There are about 250 olive trees, a fruit orchid as well as a vegetable garden, helping to supply fruit and vegetables to guests and the local community. Everything you see was created with resources made on farm or built using materials that would have otherwise been thrown away by others. It is our passion to offer an educational space for our guests to learn about the hidden luxury in an eco-friendly lifestyle. HOLIDAYSCAPE provides self-catering holiday accommodation in Kleinmond, Betty's Bay, Pringle Bay and Rooi Els and manages holiday properties on behalf of their owners.

Sandbaai Country House offers individually decorated rooms with views of Walker Bay or the Kleinrivier Mountains. Its outdoor pool is available to all guests at their own risk. The bright and colourful rooms at Sandbei are decorated with Victorian-style furniture. Each room has a TV and a tea / coffee maker. All rooms have private bathrooms. A freshly prepared breakfast is served daily. Guests can hike along the whale-watching trails or enjoy a wine tasting, just 2 km away. Free private parking is available at Sandbaai Country House.
