Classes are Beginner adequate and we do offer more intense classes for fitter, stronger people. A perfect form of low-impact exercise for people who are especially older, and who suffer from chronic pains and spine stiffness. We only focus on personalised one-on-one classes or two people sharing (duet class) .

Pilates is the thinking person’s exercise, with a focus on strengthening and lengthening of muscles. Great emphasis is placed on abdominal core stability and correct posture.
